RESONANCE
200-Hour Somatic Practitioner Certification

A self-paced online training in the art, science and lived practice of embodiment.
RESONANCE is a trauma-informed, relational and ritual-rooted somatic modality for practitioners who want to understand the language of the body and develop the capacity to meet another human being with greater presence, precision and care.
Across 200 hours of study, personal practice, observation and practicum, you will explore the foundations of somatics and embodiment, nervous system mapping, rhythm and resonance, relational repair and attachment, emotional expression, energy in motion, ethics and the development of the embodied practitioner.
This is both an education and a practice.
You will learn how to recognize what is happening beneath language, work with sensation and nervous system states, incorporate breath, movement and organic sound, support emotional expression without forcing catharsis, understand relational and attachment dynamics, and cultivate the discernment required to facilitate somatic experiences responsibly.
THE CURRICULUM
Module One: Foundations of Somatics + Embodiment
Develop the foundational language of body-based practice and learn to work with sensation, awareness, interoception and embodied presence.
Module Two: Mapping the Nervous System
Explore nervous system states, regulation, capacity, activation, settling and the ways the body organizes around safety, connection and protection.
Module Three: Rhythm + Resonance
Learn the role of breath, movement, organic sound, rhythm and energetic attunement within the Resonance modality.
Module Four: Relational Repair + Attachment Somatics
Explore co-regulation, relational patterning, boundaries, attachment and the somatic experience of being in relationship.
Module Five: Emotional Expression + Energy in Motion
Develop greater fluency with emotion as an embodied experience and learn practices for supporting expression, movement and integration.
Module Six: The Embodied Practitioner
Ethics, scope of practice, consent, practitioner responsibility, discernment, facilitation and the ongoing cultivation of your own embodiment.
CERTIFICATION
The online pathway includes the complete 200-hour Resonance curriculum alongside required personal practice, integration work and practitioner assessments.
Certification is awarded through demonstrated competency rather than passive completion of course material.
Graduates who successfully complete all certification requirements receive designation as a:
